Thermally efficient New Build in Surrey
This was a nice project for Thames Windows and Doors Ltd, as the clients knew what they wanted and what overall aesthetics they were trying to achieve.
The home itself is very energy efficient so we used a high performance double glazing to improve overall "U" values and thermal efficiency.
The front door is solid timber with a unique twist. The centre piece of glass was a pre-requisite for the owners but they still wanted a modern look to their property. To achieve this we used a modern flint 2 design for the door and had the stained glass made into a double glazed unit and fabricated into the door.
Originally there was no conservatory planned on this property however Thames Windows and Doors Ltd designed and installed the new conservatory which opened up their living space even further and is now a beautiful bright space to relax in.
From initial survey to completion this project lasted 5 weeks.
